Privacy policy

Effective September 14, 2026. Short version: Discord ID for accounts, Stripe for payments, nothing sold, ever.

What We Collect

Discord Identity: When you sign in with Discord, we receive your Discord user ID, username, and avatar so orders and applications stay linked to the right account.
Order Details: Stripe processes payments and shares the purchase amount, order number, and your Discord ID so our bot can create your private order ticket. We never see or store full card numbers.
Tester Applications: If you apply, we store your PC specs, Windows version, availability, and motivation answers so staff can review them.
Analytics: Privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Vercel) count page visits. No advertising trackers.

No Browsing Profiles: No ad pixels, no cross-site tracking, no data sold to anyone.
No Card Data: Payments go through Stripe. Card details never touch our servers.
No System Files: During remote sessions we change Windows settings only — we don't copy your personal files.

Access & Deletion: Ask for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted: tweaksnova@gmail.com or @novania on Discord.
Tester Data: Deleting a tester application removes it from review. Accepted testers keep their Discord role unless removed.
Cookies: Only strictly necessary cookies (sign-in sessions). No consent banner needed — analytics is cookieless.
